The people behind the journey

A small, private tour operator at Uluru, walking alongside the local Anangu guides whose Country this is.

G'day from Red Spaces

Small groups, real Country, in person

We started Red Spaces on one belief. The oldest living Culture on Earth is best understood in person, from the people who carry it. So we keep every tour small, private and unhurried, and we build the day around you.

We are not an Aboriginal-owned business, and we would never claim to speak for the Culture. What we do is work closely with the local Anangu guides, so every traveller meets Country with the people whose knowledge it is. The rest is our job. The planning, the timing, the driving, the small details, so nothing feels rushed and all you do is be here.

The Red Spaces team

Who we walk beside

Every Red Spaces journey is led by the local Anangu guides we work with. They share what the morning means on Country, the stories held in the land, and the way it has been read and cared for over tens of thousands of years. We keep our footprint light and our respect front and centre.

  • Anangu-guided. Shared on Country by the local guides we walk beside.
  • Always private. Your group only, tailored to you, never rushed.
  • Small footprint. Low impact, and respectful of Country.
  • Genuinely local. Real Country, real people, in person.
